2022 started out for us photographing new housing on the campus of Arizona State University in Tempe. The property known as The Piedmont is situated near the east end of the campus off of Rural Road and 6th Street. The project was developed and built by Breckenridge Group Tempe Arizona, LLC and managed by Mark-Taylor Residential. The project includes underground parking, street level retail space, fitness, bike lockers, dog exercise area and a rooftop pool / social area.
