Riester, the advertising agency for Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, hired us to make photographs of the new changes and refinements made at their Orange Sky Restaurant. The images will be used to help illustrate the Talking Stick Resort annual report.

Recently we made several photographs of the newly remodeled Hotel Valley Ho. The images are being used to help promote this popular Scottsdale hotel.

August was the month to make photographs for apartment developers. Our long time client, Mark-Taylor Residential asked us to update the photography of several of their established communities. We have been working on much of this updating project throughout the year.

We were recommended to JLB Partners of Dallas to make photographs of their new luxury community in Scottsdale: Halsten at Chauncey Lane. The photography included exterior and interior images of everything from pool area views to fitness areas – even a dog wash.

Shea Homes asked us to return to Trilogy At Ocala Preserve near Orlando, Florida to make photographs of their most recent model home. The interior and exterior images will be added to their image library.

We were asked to make photographs of Robson Reserve at Pebble Creek, a new senior living facility developed and owned by Robson Communities with interiors created by Thoma-Holec Design. The images are being used by both companies for marketing their services and entering design competitions.

Sunbelt Holdings, Inc. asked us to create photographs of the 3 new parks just built at their Union Park At Norterra community in north Phoenix. The images were made to help in the marketing of this new master-planned community.

Long-time client, Hotel Valley Ho, asked us to make photos of a few recently remodeled rooms in their collection. The images were made to help in their marketing of this classic old school/retro hip Scottsdale property.

We were asked by David Weekley Homes to make photographs of the new models at The Parks community in the San Tan area of the valley. The images will be used to market this community on their website.

We were asked by the architects at SHJ Studio to make photographs of the exterior of The Ranch House that they designed for Robson Communities in their SaddleBrooke Ranch community near Tucson. The images will be used to enter design competitions by both companies along with interior design firm, Kimberly Timmons Design.

Mark-Taylor Residential asked us to make photographs of The Astor on Osborn, a new apartment community they manage in central Phoenix. The images were made to use in all aspects of marketing the property.

We were asked to make photographs of the 6 new model homes and amenities building at Avance, a new community located at the base of South Mountain Park by Maracay Homes. The images are being used in all the marketing needs of this new community.

JLC Tech, manufacturers if custom lighting, commissioned us to photograph the newly completed lecture theater at Murdock Hall at Arizona State University. The images will be used to help promote this unique product.

Maracay Homes asked us to make photographs their new models at The Lakes at Annecy in Gilbert. The exterior and interior views were made to help promote these vertical patio homes.

The Phoenician Resort asked us to make photographs of the remodeled Phoenician Tavern (formally Relish and Windows on the Green). The interior and exterior photographs will be used to illustrate marketing materials for this on-site restaurant.

Meritage Homes hired us to make photographs of their new models at Lakeview Trails at Morrison Ranch in Gilbert. The images are being used to help promote their homes in this growing, popular neighborhood.

Denver, Colorado architectural firm JoeArchitect asked us to make photographs of the offices of Advanced Orthodontics in Gilbert. The images are being used by the two companies along with Light Art, manufacturer of the lighting / sound absorbing fixtures used.

The Tucson division of Mattamy Homes asked us to make photographs of their 6 new models at Saguaro Trails. The photography is being used to help illustrate the website of this major development on Tucson’s east side.

Rosewood Homes asked us to make photographs of the new triplex models at Rosewood Golf Villas located next to the Estrella golf course in Estrella. The images were made to enter into design competitions and will illustrate marketing materials.

We were asked to make photographs of Grandview Terrace, a senior living community in Sun City West, for Thoma-Holec Design, Sun Health Senior Living, and Todd and Associates (architects) This community received a dramatic remodeling makeover and the imagery was made to promote all involved.

We were asked by Mattamy Homes to make photographs of the new models at their Tavera Vista community in Mesa. The images will be used to market this community on their website.

Real estate developer Sunbelt Holdings asked us to make images of the amenities in their new community, Union Park at Norterra in north Phoenix. The community is now open with homes being offered by 4 different builders.

Shea Homes asked us to travel to Florida to make photographs of their new models in their Trilogy at Ocalla Preserve community, and then to North Carolina to photograph the models at Trilogy Lake Norman. The interior and exterior images will be used to market the homes in both communities.

HAPPY NEW YEAR – 2019 marks our 35th year!

Frequent client, Thoma-Holec Design, asked us to travel to West Palm Beach, Florida to make interior and exterior photographs of HarborChase of Wellington Crossing, a new Senior Living facility they created the interiors for. This project was also made for HRA Senior Living and Silverstone HealthCare.

Meritage Homes commissioned us to make photographs the new pool and amenity area of Paseo Vista Village in Gilbert. The images were added to the model unit photographs that we made this past summer.

We were selected again to make photographs of the new clubhouse and PXG pro shop at the Scottsdale National Golf Club by its advertising agency, Big Yam, The Parsons Agency. We made photographs of the Villas interiors in 2017. The new images are being used to promote and update the private golf club’s website and marketing materials. The images are also being used by Swaback Partners, architects, Hardison Downey contractors and Kris Clay Studios, interiors.

We made interior and exterior photographs of LIV North Valley, a new apartment community in north Phoenix for Thoma-Holec Design and LIV Communities. The very colorful interior images provide a fresh, contemporary vibe to the property.
