We were asked to make photographs of a new Paradise Valley home designed by architects Drewett Works and built by Bedrock Development. The interiors were created by Ownby Design and landscaping by Berghoff Design Group. The images are being used to enter design competitions and will be seen in various publications.

We were asked by long-time architectural client DLR Group to make interior and exterior images of the 225 W. Madison Building in downtown Phoenix. The former jail was extensively remodeled and will now house the Maricopa County Attorneys Offices. The images will be used to enter design competitions and aid in the marketing for this well known national firm.

Robson Communities asked us to make photographs of two new model homes they built in Robson Ranch, in Eloy, Arizona. The photographs will be used to promote this active adult 55+ community.

The George Oliver Companies hired our firm to make images of Casa, a new project of theirs which is converting a large former office building into a combination of offices, co-op office space with amenities such as conference rooms, community rooms, fitness and yoga rooms, etc.

We were asked by Big Yam, the advertising agency for the Scottsdale National Golf Club, to make photographs of the newly opened Villa Fitness Center. The interior photographs of this new building feature workout, yoga, massage, and salon spaces. The images were also made for Hardison Downey Construction and Kris Clay Studio.

A big CONGRATULATIONS goes out to our client, Thoma-Holec Design as they received the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) 55+ Gold Award for Best Independent Living Community with LivGenerations Pinnacle Peak and a Gold Award for Best Indoor Common Space AND the Silver Award for Best Independent Living Community for Robson Reserve at Pebble Creek. We also found out that our client Robson Communities was named Builder of the Year by the NAHB. We are extremely proud of making the photographs for these winning companies!

We continued our updating project for Mark-Taylor Residential which not only develops and builds apartment communities, but also manages properties built by other development companies. We were asked to travel to the Detroit, Michigan area to make photographs of two recently completed senior living communities for Thoma-Holec Design. The first was Blossom Ridge located in Oakland Township, Michigan and is developed by Moceri Companies.
We then spent three days making photographs of Cedarbrook of Rochester in Rochester, Michigan created by Cedarbrook Senior Living.. The images will be used to enter both properties in design competitions and marketing.
